   Purpose of this document is to describe some important information
   for prior to use the NTuS Realtime Backup (NuBak).

   Please refer the USERS MANUAL (nubak.htm) if you want to know more
   detail information about NuBak.
   In order to see the Users Manual, please make sure some browser
   software such as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer is
   already installed.

[1] Upgrade Users
==================

  If older NuBak is running, close the NuBak.
  Then you can upgrade the NuBak according to  "[2] Installation".
  If you want to install this NuBak in an older NuBak's folder,
  you can overwrite the whole decompressed files in the folder.

[2] Installation 
=================

0. Make sure your computer environment:
   OS:  Windows 95/98, Windows NT3.51/4.0 or later
        (A few features are disabled under Windows NT3.51)
   CPU: Intel i486,Pentium,later or compatible

1. Run Extractor (for a distributed nubakXXX.zip)
   Use WinZip, etc., to extract the compressed NuBak program and
   document files to an appropriate folder.
   For example, extract all files from nubakXXX.zip into C:\NuBak.

2. Run installer (Setup_E.EXE)
   The setup program does the following process if you need.
   o  Add NuBak program shortcut icon to the desktop of the Windows
   o  Add NuBak folder and icons in "Program" menu of the Windows
   o  Add NuBak shortcut in "Startup" menu of the Windows

3. Run NuBak program
   After the installation succeeded, you can execute the NuBak program
   from "Start - Program - NTuS Realtime Backup" menu.
   Please refer the USERS MANUAL to configure your backup environment.
   (Select Help - USERS MANUAL in the NuBak menus)

[3] UnInstallation 
===================

 If you want to uninstall your NuBak from your computer, please
eliminate the following files:

 1. Whole files in your installed NuBak folder.
    (NuBak.EXE, NuBak_.NBK, ...etc.,)

 2. NUBAK.NBK file (your configuration data file) in your Windows
    folder such as C:\WINDOWS.

 3. Delete "NTuS Realtime Backup" folder from "Start" menu.
